Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Pittsburgh area. Across Pennsylvania, 48 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 63 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Pittsburgh area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Elysium Solar Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Work was good, until the check cleared, and now they're ghosting me. Never finished setting up the system or tax credits.

Unprofessional. Kayla went out of the way to find out who I had quotes from with a reason why I shouldn’t consider any of them. She then singled out one provider with some extreme claims. This ultimately made me lose any confidence in Elysium Solar as they needed to advertise other installers short comings rather than highlighting what they could offer me.

Highly recommended! I can’t even begin to thank Kayla and Zach enough for the expertise and help they provided when my solar company went out of business and left me with a failed optimizer that I could not find someone to replace. After months of trying to find a local installer, repeatedly being told that no one wanted to work on a system that wasn’t theirs, I was finally lucky enough to call Elysium and speak with Kayla. I explained my situation and Kayla was empathetic and kind and sent Zach out the SAME DAY to swap out the optimizer. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain thing

Very pleased with my system and new additions Zach put in for me. This is my second solar company I have dealt with and there is no way to express how superior they are to the other company. Kayla is always responsive to my calls or emails and Zach is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to be sure I am satisfied.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
