Its one and two star share is 48 points above the typical installer in New York. Across New York, 8 of the 247 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2025

There are several vendors who will not do business with them because they owe them money. Many of their job sites have a lot of issues caused by poor craftsmanship and improper installation.
  • 1★ · around August 2023

They are doing a project in my town. The truck drivers don’t respect the road and have almost driven me off it a few times.
  • 5★ · around April 2026

Empire Valorize is a true heavyweight in the solar energy industry. Their responsiveness and hard work are evident in the wide swath of projects they complete. I have been working with them on their latest job in Glenville and impressive is a mild adjective when it comes to describing the site. Jaime, Austin, Roger, Jimmy, Emily L., and Emily B. are so easy to work with and truly are the ones who keep things moving there. They are amazing!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
