The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 18 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Absolutely the worst customer service in my dealings with any company, been in business 40+ years and never had service like that. Not what they promised, been waiting for a few parts for over a year now, would not recommend them at all, performance wise, thumbs down. Never would recommend this company

Purchased a system from them years ago.. now it doesn't seem there is anyone working there a more yet they give the appearance of being open. This is probably someone's tax shelter at this point. Don't even bother with them, this place is a sham

Very poor customer service and support. A product is only as good as the support you get when needed. Think twice before buying products from them.

I ordered a "16 Gallon Solar High Temperature Expansion Tank" and a "Solar Expansion Tank Mounting Kit for 3/4 Inch Expansion Tank". After a few rounds, a guy was involved w my order and I got what was needed. They may not have the best front end staff to answer phones, but they do have an extensive inventory, and all of us Solar hot water people need to support these guys. In Maine the democrats have gone out of their way to kill solar EV, and they killed off the entire solar hot water sector. Not very green, for people that have a delusion that they are green supporters. I am glad SunMaxx so

I recently purchased a SunMaxx Solar water heater, and I couldn't be happier with my investment. The installation was straightforward, and it has been working flawlessly for the past six months. Not only am I saving money on my energy bills, but I'm also reducing my carbon footprint. The system is efficient, and I love the fact that it's environmentally friendly. Highly recommended!

Great experience with SunMaxx. We needed a large non-pressure buffer tank for a large solar space heating system we were doing on our home. The sales and support people were easy to speak with and well-informed on the product. They were unsure on a couple of questions I had about technical specifications, but they got together with one of the engineers and got back to me with the answers that same day. The tank arrived pretty quickly (freight shipment takes some time in my experience), was well packaged, in pristine condition - and hooking it up went smoother than i had hoped. Will definitely

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“commercial solar systems worldwide since 2006. Why Us? Since 2006, we’ve…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
