This company terrible they subbed out to Apollo who subbed out to Michigan roofing and solar and promised install in 2 months it's been 5 months and still no install no wonder it's so expensive

Would definitely recommend. Very fair prices, willing to help out on unexpected situations, good quality work. Tim and the install crew were real easy to talk to, helpful along the whole process, and answered all my questions throughout the sale and install process.

Empowered Home Solutions is great to work with. Easy going, smart, and real critical thinkers in everything they do. Working with Timothy has been a great pleasure and look forward to continuing working with him!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“varies by project and location. Are financing options available? + Financing options may be…”

• Warranty

“What warranties are included? + Warranty coverage depends on the equipment and…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on TikTok and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Columbus is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
