I wonder when consumers have such a bad history with the company that we cannot leave 0 stars. This seems like we almost have to approve of them in some fashion. We got a Florida Solar system years ago. We had them out so many times the neighbors had to ask what we were doing? So many ways in which this was done incorrectly, that I have to say we ripped out the installation (at our expense) and I will never embark in solar again due to the constant leaks, glycol disappearing in a closed system but no leak could ever be found. The techs were a pleasant but in the end the product NEVER worked as

Started on 3/15/22 with broken check valve on pool solar heater. Tech came - said parts needed to be ordered. No word for several weeks - contacted - parts supposedly in. Tech shows up on a Friday - doesn’t have correct valve. Schedules for Monday 4/11 - no show - “truck down”. Tuesday tech - needs another adapter. Wednesday - arrives, cuts old valve out - pool filter shut down & not functioning. Tech leaves to get another adapter - 6 hours later - no show & complete system down. Several calls to office & request for owner to contact me. Still waiting…………. Definitely inferior incomplete servic

Thanks Ronnie for always being there when we need you.

Ronnie spent 90 minutes up on my roof at the hottest part of the day fixing my solar, and saving me a lot of money in the process. Very honest, would recommend his company to any.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“Promotions. Extended Swim Season – Guaranteed written statement of swim season w/ a…”

• Family owned

“of WebDUH. "Hard-working, family-owned and managed company proprietors like…”

Its website also mentions financing, free estimate, years in business, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
