    Won’t answer to cover warranty on my panels

    Do not recommend using freedom forever for solar installation. Due to faulty Installation, water started leaking into our garage ceiling causing mold. They came out to check and agreed it was their fault, but it has been months and nothing has been done about it. I have called, messaged and emailed them multiple times but theyre "waiting for a supervisor". Its been 3 months and nothing has been done about their accident.

    Solar panels stopped producing January 31, 2025. Freedom forever customer service stated we should’ve had and alert from “solar edge”. We were never informed about registration to that app. Turns out power inverter went out and it will take 30 days to see if their warehouse has one in stock. No sense of urgency, no sense of customer first just bureaucratic nonsense of we will get back to you when this other department get backs from this department to see if your inverter is in stock so we can another department schedule service.

    I wish to update my review, I still have concerns with the corporate offices... but Mitchell Deeam was the perfect tech to send to fix my issues. His knowledge and patience was needed for me to change my outlook on this company. Thank you freedom forever for sending him out and fixing my issues. (Old review) Do not work with this company. I purchased my panels Aug 2022... its Nov 2023. I have called, threatened, and pleaded with this company to fix my panels or even make them fully operational. All I get is "we will have someone look into it". Spoiler alert no one has. Please spend your money

    Had an awesome experience with Freedom Forever SA branch. Way better experience than the bums Texas Solar who screwed me. Inspector Stephen Uresti explained everything that was done and went above what was asked from him. Thanks Brotha 🤘🏽🤘🏽 …
