Its one and two star share is 30 points above the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 15 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Be careful with this company!! Photos they have listed on their website have been stolen from mainly European manufacturers! Projects that you see in their brochures and online are not theirs! Scammers that are shameless to benefit from someone else’s work. If you are looking for decent products go somewhere else.

Amazing team. I was interested in solar for quite some time. Even got a few bids but felt overwhelmed and pressured each time around so I never ended up doing it. The staff over at fresh outdoors we so knowledgeable and detailed that I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and ended up installing solar on my house. I now pay $238 less per month and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have known Ryan and Richard since they first started Aqua masters pool and patio years ago. Since they began working on backyard projects for me, the respectful, professional manner in which they conduct themselves has been a joy to me and my family. I am so happy that they have extended the same level of care into their solar division as well. Thank you Fresh Outdoors! My new solar looks amazing 😀

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • solar installation 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“we offer all of our clients a 25 year warranty on their solar installations. PROMISE…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Montrose is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
