Its one and two star share is 31 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 145 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

They fixed a leak we had in our closet supposedly and they didn’t match the color in the closet and then a leak the next year again and they said it wasn’t part of their job on the roof so they didn’t wanna cover it the second time when it was leaking in the same spot

A sham company. Briana came to my house, lied to me about solar production,, and then called me names when I asked her politely to leave. I would never work with such a dishonest company!

These guys blow. They have scheduled consultation appointments with me on 3 different occasions. All 3 times they have no-showed. They claimed to "have called me prior to confirm the appointment" but they NEVER leave voicemails. I don't know about you but I generally don't answer calls from random phone numbers - especially while I'm at work. If I invite someone to my home and that person agrees to be there to deliver a sales presentation, I EXPECT THEM TO BE THERE. Robert from the Rancho Cucamonga office said he'd be communicating with me via text because that was easier for him. He confirmed

Overall it was a smooth process. But it took a long time , the company had poor communication with us. We signed our contract in November and had questions that weren’t responded to until after the cancellation period. Rather than paying money for not getting the work done, we went through with the installation. The whole process was not completed until February. The actual installation was done in one day, and the system is working fine so far.

My wife and I had a great experince with Future Energy Savers. The process from start to finish was very easy. We are very satisfied with the customer service and our new solar.

Did great work and Julia was very helpful with the process. Waiting for permits and approvals from the City and Utility take the longest, but it's worth it (especially now that California is pushing solar on all new construction) .

Overall, I was pleased with the experience I had with Future Energy Savers. The initial sales information was much more informative than other solar sales folks. They got into much more details about the different style of panels and how they calculate what will be needed. The installation took less than a day and they color matched everything to the exact paint hue. The program used (Enphase) to monitor the power to the grid has some variance (about 3-5% discrepancy) and it is difficult to know if that is just SCE not being mindful or something in the internal programming. The app is easy to

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“roofing manufacturer. After all, a warranty is only as good as the manufacturer…”
  • Better Business Bureau

“in our 'A+' rating with the Better Business Bureau and our 98% Customer Satisfaction…”

Its website also mentions established and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
