Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Edgar and his workers, Oscar and Julio were the greatest ever! They answered any questions that I had and were very prompt. They came when they were supposed to and they completed the job that the electric company had approved us for to have our new panel upgrade. I would recommend this company to anybody who has need of these type of services

Edgar and the team at Nueva Energy are the best, so you can stop searching! I was looking to upgrade my electrical panel and install an EV charger. The list of contractors provided by SCE was overwhelming, so I interviewed three, but none made me feel comfortable moving forward. Then, I saw a Facebook ad for Nueva Energy and reached out to Edgar. It was an entirely different experience. Edgar was ultra-responsive via text and phone, and he provided a superior offering at a lower price than the competitors. He educated me throughout the process and helped me fine-tune my decisions, so I got exa

Thank you to Edgar and his team for providing an excellent experience. Not only did they offer the best price, but the level of service was outstanding. Edgar took the time to answer all of my questions and really listened to what I wanted and needed. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the process. I am very satisfied with my solar system in my home and the overall results. I’m very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend him. He is Spanish-speaking, friendly, and professional.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“$0 Down to start 25-yr Workmanship warranty Premium equipment we install, trusted…”
  • Licensed

“kWh Usable capacity What we do One licensed team for your whole home's power.”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Angi, the Better Business Bureau and Thumbtack. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Rancho Cucamonga is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
