Goat Solar Inc.

Each mark is one company we hold in Palm Springs whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Goat Solar Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I called Goat and spoke to Mick. My immediate reaction was he was a genuine guy that grew in the desert and knew the industry better than anyone else I spoke to. He scheduled an onsite estimate and arrived on time and looking professional. Sat at my dining room table for over a hour giving me all possible options and honest information. He sent an estimate within 24hours with aerial views of my house with the panels. My family and I were incredibly impressed. His install team was professional and on time. My electric bill is already down and the install is very clean. I’ll be recommending Goat

The entire team at Goat Solar was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. James was our main point of contact and was very friendly, patient, and took ample time to walk us through the system. He offered on going support, as this is our first time with solar, and I'm sure we'll have future questions. He also did a great job installing our EV charger! We would not hesitate to recommend Nate, James and the entire team.

The most knowledgeable people in solar by far! James K. helped us understand and breakdown all the equipment, installation, and cost. Solar is a long term commitment so it’s nice to have a company that you know is doing everything with the best quality equipment and the right way!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“why we offer competitive pricing and financing options* to make solar energy affordable for…”

• Years in business

“Affordability Our team of experts has over 15 years of experience at the highest level in…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Palm Springs is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
