Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Palm Springs. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Palm Springs whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Golden Solar Cleaning LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Working with Pedro Mendez at Golden Solar Cleaning is a total pleasure. Pedro showed up on time. He even called to let me that he was on his way to my house. His prices are very competitive. He did an amazing job cleaning my solar panels in a reasonable amount of time. He provided me with pictures of the panels before and after being washed. An amazing difference. I will have Pedro and Golden Solar back on a regular basis.

Pedro did an excellent job cleaning my solar panels. While on the roof he found broken roof tiles and was able to fix them right away to prevent possible water leaks. Thank you!

Pedro did a magnificent job cleaning our solar panels. His pricing was very reasonable, and we were so happy with the results that we hired him to come back every 4 months for regular cleanings. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Palm Springs is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
