    Just hope nothing ever goes wrong with your solar or your batteries because once your install is complete they will leave you high and dry. it is impossible to even schedule any maintenance service as they will forget they installed solar on your property and mark you as a new install. After that is rectified after several unpleasant phone calls they will still not schedule you. We have been trying to get Semper to communicate with their technicians for the past month (the issue began July 9th, and still has not been resolved Aug 13th) and we have gotten NOTHING more than a meeting with a tech

    If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The customer service is terrible and they withhold information from you. Oscar Hernandez will be super nice and courteous the first time you meet him. But, be aware because he will tell you to sign things and then read it later because it's a lot of information. That was my first mistake. He also does not apologize for anything. All his text messages sound like ChatGPT created them. They pride themselves in being Veteran owned and in their motto which means "always faithful" but all they want is your thousands of dollars and when any issues arise

    Poor customer service. Janice, Sales Rep Oscar Hernandez, and Ray from Quality Control provided poor service. I even blocked Oscar and asked Janice to remove me from their distro list. I'd of rather dealt with an AI ChatBot than any of them. Would have provided far better customer service.

    I had a great conversation with Josh of Semper Solaris regarding my power walls. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and forthcoming. I’m very pleased with my power walls and all the service that Semper Solaris provides.

    Although I live out in the California Desert and my Tesla Battery failed this conversation with David was excellent. I actually felt some happy relief after talking with him. My battery will have to be replaced and it may take 4 weeks. But his service gave me confidence that it might actually happen. Well done!
