Its one and two star share is 8 points below the typical installer in Kennewick. Across Washington, 61 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Kennewick whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Gradient Electric LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We highly recommend Gradient Electric for all your electrical needs. Zach and his team have been amazing to work with in all our remodel projects, ranging from hot tub wiring, panel upgrades, and lighting/switch upgrades. Most recently, Gradient installed beautiful new electric window shades in my home. They had excellent communication, pricing transparency, and completed the project, as always, in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended, we will use them again in the future.

Gradient Electric is my go to for any electrical needs. I’ve had them out several times this year. Once to trouble shoot my solar system which was not operating correctly, Hector was fast and quick at resolving the issue. Another time to install my Tesla charger, and then some final fixes when we sold our place. The owner, Hector, is great to work with and goes above and beyond. He communicates effectively with whatever he is doing and also explains how to avoid further issues.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Kennewick is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
