Its one and two star share is 8 points below the typical installer in Kennewick. Across Washington, 61 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 35 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ryan and his team provided excellent service in a timely manner. They were adaptable and managed to reinstall our panels after the roofers made some unplanned changes, requiring a reconfiguration.

I contacted TRI-Solar to get information about removing and reinstalling my 35 solar panels in order to have a new roof installed. The original solar installer had gone bankrupt, and I was left unserved. I spoke with Ryan and he assured me that he and his team would be able to provide me with the service. Ryan worked directly with the roofing company and included his bid with theirs making it as simple as possible for billing and payment. I received several bids for removing and reinstalling my solar panels and the one provided by TRI Solar was very competitive and did not take advantage of th

Ryan and Tri Solar went above and beyond on my 7.9kw solar panel and 24kw sigenergy battery installation. Ryan went to bat for my installation when Benton PUD was rejecting the proposal and eventually after many discussions my project was approved. Installation was simple and I've had no issues whatsoever. Tri solar was the most affordable option I received and his quote offered more battery backup power than other competitors in town. Tri Solar saved me at least $10k compared to other installers. Ryan was extremely easy to communicate with and always made sure I understood the ins and outs of

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“satisfying experience. Ready for a free quote or have questions or special…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Kennewick is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
