Its one and two star share is 13 points above the typical installer in Chicago. Across Illinois, 36 of the 183 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Chicago whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Green Power Works Inc is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Absolute worst company out there would not recommend for anyone unprofessional rude and will try to rip you off not somebody you want to do business with!!

I could not be happier with the work done. Remodeled a few of the bedrooms and work, quality and price was exceptional. Don’t hesitate to work with the team, you will be happy you did!

If you’re looking for QUALITY work this is the place! Mark from Green Power Works Inc transformed my home with the addition of a back porch. Prior to this gorgeous work there were three steps and a tiny area to open the back door - all comprised of concrete, which had become unsafe due to DIY “patch jobs” that were failing. Mark arrived, took some measurements and I couldn’t approve the design fast enough! We now have a beautiful outdoor space that’s not only functional and safe, but absolutely beautiful! Built as agreed with both treated wood (structure) and composite (deck and steps), I was

We highly recommend Green Power Works Inc as Mark and his crew were professional, honest and finished our project/repair in a timely manner. We needed our walk in shower floor removed/replaced that was improperly installed by a different contractor/business and Mark was up front with what needed to be done correctly and kept us updated throughout the entire project. We would trust and use Green Power Works for any future work that we might need down the road. We are completely 100% satisfied with their work and their attention to detail ! Thank you ! Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
