Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Pennsylvania. Across Pennsylvania, 72 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Great price and they’re very responsive to questions and follow up

Green Prepper / Greenfield Technologies, LLC Under the direction of the owner Mike Purnell did a fantastic job building and installing my solar array system. My electric bill is now ZERO and the solar panels are generating electricity for which we are banking with our utility company for future months when the sunshine is not as prevalent. Thank you Mike.

Mike has installed a full solar system for us start to finish in a totally professional manner. His customer service is excellent, communication superb and installation is 100% accurate. If you are shopping for a solar installer, it would be worthwhile to contact Mike; he does his own installs competently and is easy to work with during the process. The products he uses are the best available on the market. We are completely satisfied with the Green Prepper experience.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“doing all the legwork. Our work is guaranteed from start to finish, including a "no…”

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
