    Writing a review because I purchased a home that already had solar panels from GreenBrilliance on them. All that needed to happen was a warranty transfer to me, which should have been a simple process. Instead it was chaotic, expensive, and involved some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Customer Service- It is impossible to get someone from this company on the phone. I have called their offices dozens of times, I can only ever get a voicemail on a general box. Staff members do not have direct lines. I would leave voicemails that were never returned over the course of severa

    STAY AWAY FROM GREENBRILLIANCE – UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT Green Brilliance is a complete disaster. My landlord spent $42,000 on a 15.54 kW solar system for our home in Washington, DC back in January 2024 – and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The system has been defective from day one, and their team failed to connect the SolarArc monitoring system for 8 straight months. Because of this, my landlord lost over $6,500 in unclaimed solar credits. That’s not just bad service – that’s financial negligence. To make things worse, there has been zero noticeable drop in our electricity bills for

    Fourteen years of headaches. I had my system installed in 2011 and there hasn't been a single year where the entire system worked without a hiccup. Service is very slow and now they're charging for maintenance calls to replace defective parts. At this point, I wish I'd never installed solar.

    I saw this company during the Knights game and called them.Carlos was very knowledgeable and follow up during the whole process. The Installation went very smoothly there were some broken tiles but they fixed.Eric kept us updated on what would be happening during the process. We are very impressed with the solar system and recommend them to anyone in the market for solar.
