    If you can request a sales rep I highly suggest Abraham Malfavon, didn't realize how much of a headache installing a secondary solar system would be but Abraham has made it much easier by staying on top of things and keeping us informed throughout the process and personally taking his time to fix any issues that may pop up. Update: worse experience ever with this company and solnova, after 4 months of waiting to have my system turned on the city said they never received the necessary paperwork from them. Contacted them and they said we thought you were already online. Finally got the paperwork

    Terrible service and follow up. Stay away from this unprofessional company. They reps do very little to help you. They made us call sunpower to activate system. All 3 sales reps are not available. No follow up. Installation was messy, they cracked tiles no mention of it, and left nails and washers on the roof. Forgot parts to finish the system which caused delays. When spoke to the owner he was surprised to hear anything negative. Clearly communication and accountability is lacking.if the one rep could not connect to the system wouldn't she call us back. Nope!. Not the experience we were sold.

    They are very quick to get you signed and your money. Be careful because they are just the middle man and don’t care about the process once they be reeled you in. No more responses from anybody

    EDIT: My husband spoke with owner( Ben Mack) of HelioGold about my initial one star review. He was professional and clarified that our initial contract with with Heliogold but the job was subcontracted to a separate company Burtek. I have updated this to a 3 star review. Heliogold was the company we originally contracted with for solar. They sub-contracted out our job to Burtek energy. Heilogold provided no service after the sale. The process of working with Burtek to get solar installed on my house was painfully annoying. It took months. The staff were not knowledgeable about the products bei

From the very beginning last October, Malake demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, making sure I felt confident and informed in my decisions.     We just got solar panels with Heliogold. Jasper and Jonathan Monge are two very professional and knowledgeable representatives of the company. They answered all our questions and explained everything really well. The installation crew did an excellent job. They kept us informed with each step of the process. The whole thing was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.
