Its one and two star share is 10 points above the typical installer in Georgia. Across Georgia, 25 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

No answer and no response in weeks from the owner Matt Gray. They installed this system last year and hid the fact that they put holes in the roof when they miss measured and placed solar mounts in the wrong location. Instead of replacing the shingles and underlayment as required It was hidden and a clear epoxy was put on this holes. Two or three of these have started leaking and you can now see that the epoxy has oxidized in less than eight months. No one is answering at any of their numbers and the owner is not answering. Anyone’s calls.

The entire process was smooth, everyone within the company I spoke with was very professional. They kept me updated on each step and as progress was made all the way up till my install date. Very happy with my experience and my system is producing just as promised.

Top notch service. From the first meeting to installation it was very easy to navigate.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Conyers is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
