  So let me start with I haven't even bought a solar system yet. But, the second I even reached out with a question, Amy called me back immediately. Walked me through the whole process and how the warranties work with the government rebates, as well as 25 years through High Point. No pressure, just info. I couldn't be more impressed...and then on top of that, I was working on adding electric (AC) to my shed and I couldn't find conduit or the wire I needed in town, Amy made one call and Scott let me raid his work trailer on the job site and get what I needed from them.
