Its one and two star share is 10 points above the typical installer in Nevada. Across Nevada, 18 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around June 2026 · the company replied

I have been working with icon getting my new Tesla powerwall 3 system up and the first company I tried to go through said they couldn't do it cause my house falls into townhome category but icon did it and saved me about $40 monthly on my system. I was surprised to bad reviews on here but I guess it all has to do with the rep. 10/10

Working with Chris was an excellent experience. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. He kept everything on track, and our solar installation went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Chris and Icon Power to anyone considering solar.

Chris and the team were fantastic to work with. Chris is very knowledgeable and only sold us what we needed, he made us aware of extras but never pushed them if it wasn’t necessary. All in all I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“25 years of solar panels performance warranty Get a free solar estimate No upfront…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
