    Have been trying to reach them for several days now via text, email and phone. My powerwall is tripping our circuit breaker and we are getting no power from our solar panels. I have to keep checking to see if the panels are working throughout the day, then manually resetting the circuit breaker when they go out. I would think they would be responsive in fixing this, but it appears not.

    BEWARE this company is all about the sale. They will sell to anyone including the elderly and demented. They don’t respond to requests for help. I asked them many times not to sell to my husband because he had dementia but they ignored me. I told the salesman I would not sign and I didn’t. It didn’t matter. It was installed when I was gone. Now my husband is in long term memory care facility, doesn’t remember doing this and I’m stuck with a $295 bill each month for?? My husband insisted the roof was free. I didn’t believe that but no one would verify. I have no contract that I can find so I do

    If the operators of this business aren't capable of operating simple machinery and displaying just a little human decency...this is NOT a business to give any of your hard earned money to!

    I had a great experience working with Ilum Solar on my solar + Powerwall installation. The team was organized, communicative, and committed to meeting the timeline we discussed. Even when the installation date was pushed back at first due to weather and the busy season, they worked out a plan to squeeze my project in and still complete everything within the original timeframe. That flexibility made a huge difference. They completed the full system installation on schedule, and thanks to their guidance and follow‑through, my PTO was approved shortly after the project wrapped up. I worked closel

    Ilum Solar was easy to work with and did an excellent job accommodating my concerns with their installation location. All in all, a great experience, I would definitely recommend. The solar is definitely saving me $ too.
