Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I met Gabe when he was originally sent to repair my solar system that was installed by another company that is pretty terrible. Gabe identified the problem but then the solar company I was using still jerked me around for an entire YEAR before they sent Gabe back out. He then repaired my system and was the first one to get it fully operational. If I had a Time Machine and could go back and hire Gabe from the get go, I would. Now I’m tied to this terrible solar company but since Gabe is an independent contractor, I can still use him. I would highly recommend this man and his company for anyone

I highly recommend Gabe and his company for anyone looking for a knowledgable professional and quality solar work. He helped identify and fix some problems I was having as the result of another company’s poor workmanship. He is extremely professional and demonstrates accountability (does what he says he’ll do). I’m grateful to have found Gabe and have always been very satisfied with his work. Thank you Gabe!

The guy who came out was very knowledgeable, told us what we needed to know, and did not charge for his visit.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • company 2
  • knowledgeable staff 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Oakdale is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
