Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 212 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 16 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

08/06/26 update: They have completely walked away from my project. I have had to have my entire system rewired and purchase two new inverters. The installer had shorted one out back before my April update so it was not eligible for RMA and one never got commissioned so I had to buy a replacement, out of pocket. We have spent nearly $20,000 cash additional to complete the work that was not completed. All out of pocket. 04/17/2026 update. My solar is still not fully operational. I ended up having to hire electricians out of my ow pocket, pay for a new inverter on my own, deal with the equipment

We believe we have been scammed. We had the system installed in September of 2025 and the system is still not operational. We keep getting the run around and keep being told that “people were fired.” The original electrician that installed the system told us he never got paid for his labor. That was a huge red flag for us. Now we are four months into this and there is still no resolution. Calls are not being returned in a timely manner for how far along we are now. Power bill plus solar (that does not work at all) is over $1,200 a month combined. Buyer BEWARE of this company!

Good afternoon. I'm going to share my experience with Inex Power. They have excellent service, and Mr. Kevin is very attentive, helpful, and does a great job. When I call or message him, he answers when he has time. I'm very grateful and happy with Inex Power. Thank you for everything.

Definitely recommend these guys to help with your Solar and roofing projects. I talked to a lot of different companies and nobody explained as great as these guys did. 10/10 recommend

Great company to work with in every sense of the word. 5 stars!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
