Innovative Electric Inc

Each mark is one company we hold in Baltimore whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Innovative Electric Inc is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Submitted an online request for quote to fix GFCI outlet. Never received a human response. Trying again, called contact number and got a date for the following week and was told to text address and contact information to the contact number. Nobody ever showed up to the appointment.

Had my appointment rescheduled 3 times and finally on the day of the appointment I called after they were 20 minutes late to find out that they were busy dropping someone off at the airport. Was then told they could be there in 30 minutes which would be almost an hour late at that point. Just told them to cancel the appointment. Really unprofessional as a whole.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Innovative Electric and the owner, James. From start to finish, James and his employees were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They showed up when they said they would, did quality work, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. It’s clear that James takes pride in his company and the people he has working for him. The entire crew was easy to work with, communicated well, and treated the job and property with respect. If you’re looking for an electrical company you can trust to do things the right way, I would definitely recommend Innovat

James did great work at a great price. Prompt and responsive. Would not hesitate to use again.

We had a solar system that would not pass inspection and the company that installed it was providing no support in fixing the issues. Innovative Electric corrected the issues and got the system to pass inspection in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under electrical.
• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Baltimore is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
