Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Indiana. Across Indiana, 32 of the 75 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This awesome man drove all day to get here. He worked until exhausted late into the night. Then drove back home all night until 4 am. Very professional and educational. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was looking to expand my current solar system. The company I used lost my trust and their customer service was terrible. So I called Koala. Thomas was GREAT! He worked with me to understand what I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced! He got it right!! The price beat the competitors by far! I highly recommend getting a quote from Koala!!

We live in Tulsa Oklahoma. When we purchased our solar, unfortunately the installers put it in incorrectly and never completed the job. These “installers”, were the only “certified “ company in town and, while dealing with this, every other company in the state closed their doors. We started looking out of state and this is where we found Koala L.L.C and Thomas. They were the first competent company to diagnose the problem which lead to fixing the problem after two years of ongoing nightmares. Thank you Thomas and Koala L.L.C. you are THE company and THE man!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Jasper is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
