Its one and two star share is 4 points below the typical installer in Eugene. Across Oregon, 55 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Eugene, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in Eugene whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. KVA Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around August 2025

KVA Solar was exactly what I needed. I had a battery system in place (EcoFlow), but couldn't anyone who would install the proprietary panels required. Out of 7 solar companies in the area, Brady was the only person who could figure out how to properly set everything up. He is extremely knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. I wish I had met him before I had purchased my solar system, as he had some great ideas on how I could have put together a better system. I highly recommend Brady and KVA solar to anyone who is looking to have an alternate power system or backup solar grid installed.

Brady was terrific to work with. He was responsive to questions, designed a system that fit our needs and budget, and coordinated with city and state agencies to obtain permits without any issues. Our solar panels and inverter have worked very well, and I'd recommend KVA without reservation.

Great solar system. Design and install was seamless and very professional. Brady is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommended.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Bonded

    “License: 89LRT, licensed and bonded (541) 743-6887 brady@kva.solar…”

  • Licensed

    “# 2399805 Electrical License: 89LRT, licensed and bonded (541) 743-6887…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
