    We have a Generac solar system 2 years now installed by Lotus . During the hurricane Helene, our battery system got wet. Called , called called Lotus, finally got someone out here to look at it . We need to replace 2 of the batteries and replace the harness. That was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting an email so I can pay half down and the other when job is finished! It’s taking me longer to give this review than it would them to send the link in an email. By the way , we were also told it’s $250 just for the truck to roll out ? What kind of service is that ?     We are very happy we chose Lotus Energy & Solar to install our new solar panels. We know there are other good companies out there, but we would be surprised if any of them could exceed the level of service and expertise that we received — from beginning to end. Some highlights: — Lotus offered the best price — about $8,000 less than one competitor and tens of thousands less than another. And they didn’t cut corners.     Three young men came to my house early this morning and worked until 6:30pm to get my solar panels installed and ready to go—pending inspection. They were polite and hard working, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. They were determined to get everything done before dark-and they did! My salesman, Matt Craven, was very helpful in explaining how everything will work and he was very patient with all my questions. Along the way, he was always very supportive as he understood how important this was to me. I viewed this decision as a hedge against future escalating energy costs. He desi
