Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Fort Collins area. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 40 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fort Collins area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Max-Terra Solar Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I have been talking with Alex for over two years before finally making the investment. During this time never once did I feel pressured or pushed to the side. During the entire process he kept me updated and informed. When the day came to pick up our RV he spent 2 hours with us going over the entire system and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for solar for your RV that you talk to ALEX. He is a true professional with extreme attention to detail.

After doing some research, I picked Alex and Max-Terra. I later found out that a friend of mine and Alex were climbing partners (who is more important than that?). Alex was really patient in helping me figure out what I needed and did not need. He completed the work as promised. Everything works well, no issues.

I contacted Alex after reading a thread on the Jayco Seneca XT Facebook page. Alex is a pleasure to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a true professional. He walked me through his quote for my 35 L and explained every component and even recommended some features I didn't need in my current situation. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on components that were redundant for my situation. If you are looking for a complete solar and lithium battery upgrade, Alex is the MAN to see. My rig is now a power plant on wheels.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

As Google published them when we last read the listing, not a live check. Ring before you drive anywhere.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
