    This is not a serious company once the installation is over. Support states a 3-7(!) day response time to any service requests. They do not support phone based support at all - it is routed to a message service and points you to the website to file a request. All the 5 stars are on the installation side, but prospective new customers should attempt to contact customer support and learn the reality for yourself. There are many other competent solar services in the area to support.

    Edited to add: Namaste's response is just as disappointing. I have had solar before and been through the process. It's not the process I'm upset about, it's Gary's attitude at the end and refusal to provide the quote information ahead of time. We'd already been through the other required processes. It seems they completely glossed over the disrespectful interaction or are simply just okay with it. Gary was ready to provide a quote, but said he wouldn't provide the quote information ahead of the call he wanted to schedule to provide the numbers. What a disappointment.     Poor Product Quality and Slow Responsiveness Purchasing a Solar System from Namaste Solar was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Following installation by Namaste, the first LG solar panel failed within the first few days. Then a second failed, then another. Eventually 8 out of the 19 LG solar panels in the system failed within the first 6 weeks. For each panel failure, Namaste delayed replacing it saying they needed to collect panel data for at least 7 days for LG to allow return of the panels for credit. Given the high number of failures, Namaste should have worked something out wit

    My experience with Namaste Solar coming out to repair an issue with my residential SMA inverter, which was not producing, was top notch. The service techs quickly identified the issue and repaired the solar breaker at the main service panel. They also went the extra mile and sealed the insulation on my solar water panels. I0/10!

    Given the complexity of installing a battery, and all the moving parts needing to be coordinated, I can’t imagine a less stressful experience. The timeline was carefully explained, and held to precisely. Each person at Namaste we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
