Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Fort Collins. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Fort Collins, on one axis

Each mark is one company we hold in Fort Collins whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Sparkle Plus is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Brendan did a great job pressure washing my house and cleaning the windows both inside and out. He's easy to work with, offers seamless payment options, and I love supporting a local business owner. This was my second time using Solar Sparkle, and I have recommended him to my neighbors..

So wonderful to work with. Highly recommend if you have issues with pigeons and your solar panels. Quick to get a quote, walked through everything, and scheduling was easy. We had a ton of pigeons over the summer and needed help so badly. They took on our project and our roof/solar panels look new! Definitely solved our pigeon issue!

Very professional job from the examination to the pictures/estimate to the work. It was done promptly and the overall communication was excellent

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Insured

“help maximize your investment. Our insured team uses top-of-the-line equipment…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Houzz and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Fort Collins is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
