Solar salespeople are constantly ringing my doorbell saying they can install “free solar.” Seriously, who are they trying to fool? My neighbor installed solar with another company, and now they’re paying the solar company more than 3 times what they used to pay Edison every month. After talking to their accountant, they realized that 2 times more was basically just loan interest. What shocked me was that Jack — a solar installer himself — actually told me NOT to install solar. He looked at my electric bill and said I was only using about 10 kWh a day. With government incentives, my monthly ele

After my neighbor had rooftop solar installed, they were constantly worried whenever the weather turned bad because their roof started leaking every time it rained. Seeing that made me hesitant, and I didn’t dare install solar on my own house. That changed when I met Jack. Jack took the time to explain something most homeowners never hear about — the real key isn’t the solar system itself, but the waterproofing details during installation. He explained that when mounting hardware is attached to the roof rafters, holes have to be drilled, and those penetrations are the true risk point if not se

I’ve been a government inspector for 20+ years. My standard has always been simple: details decide success or failure. Solar itself isn’t complicated. The technology isn’t exotic, and the materials aren’t expensive. What really separates good work from bad work is installation quality—and that comes down to details. I’ve known Jack for a long time. Whenever one of his projects came across my desk, I’d take one look and pass it. Not because I was being easy—but because there was nothing to write up. He doesn’t miss details. If anything, he goes beyond what’s required. When Jack installs solar,

Its website also mentions established, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Arcadia is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
