    This is my second time purchasing a solar panel system. The first time was not with Sunpower and I had to get my lawyers involved which led me into a nightmare I did not want to experience again. The online rep definitely did his job in OVER providing the value with Sunpower and I appreciate his help when designing the overall look to my system. System install was great besides one pretty important aspect, i dont know how they comes with life of my roof , but definitely they should not install the solars before telling me my roof must be replaced before install . But they definitely they dont

    Ahmed was my original salesperson way back when I was looking at solar panels. He did great and really appreciate the professional level of communications. Andrew handled the operations side managing my sunpower project. It was time for me to get a new roof. So I reached back out to Andrew and he was able to get my solar panels removed in one day! The technician Abraham did well and sealed everything up. All the solar panels were stored in my garage and it was very important that the handling of the solar panels was gentle.     I’ve had my Tesla solar system for about seven years now. When I was in the beginning process, the Tesla Solar salesman told me that the removal and reinstall was going to be free… IT WAS NOT. I looked over the 30 page contract and found out it said ‘cost will be determined based on competitive rates’. To say I was FLOORED is an understatement Fast forward to 2026, and I'm needing a removal and reinstall from my house. When I asked Tesla, they told me that they can't send somebody out and it would be about 1-3 months for someone to come out for a quote, and then 1-6 months for the completion o

    I really appreciate the service the company has given me. My solar system needed to be fixed because I am selling my house. The sell inspection failed due to a poor installation of the first solar panel company. I called and called and called multiple companies and even my realtor too. There is almost no company that can help me. Not finding anyone to fix my solar panels with jeopardizing the sell of my house. Finding midnight solar panels was a milagro de dios..
