Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Colorado. Across Colorado, 122 of the 216 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 13 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

It's refreshing to find a company that still stands by its word, its ethics, and its values. After dealing with a frustrating solar issue for nearly three years, David the owner from Mountain View Solar came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a damaged panel, corrected some significant wiring issues, and got everything working properly again. What impressed me even more was his integrity. The technician ended up spending less time than originally expected and voluntarily reduced the price because, in his words, it was simply the right thing to do. That level of honesty and fairness i

Super honest knowledgeable. We first used Mountain View in conjunction with our roofing company during a hail repair to disconnect and reconnect our panels. They were great the whole time and And even replaced a panel that got cracked during the disassembly for no charge. They were great a couple years later when we had some squirrel damage to our panels and came out and fixed that and got our system back up and running. Really appreciate the extra effort and the knowledge that they have shown. Definitely can recommend them for repairs or servicing whatever you need. David is great!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“has been serving residential homes since 2018. Our founder and owner David Gawlik…”

  • Years in business

“founder and owner David Gawlik has over 10 years of experience in residential and…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Angi, HomeAdvisor and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook, X and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Castle Rock is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
