Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 212 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I hope the the guy driving the grey Toyota with MSM Solar on the tailgate does solar better than he drives!

  • 1★ · around August 2025 · the company replied

Charged me for coming to the house to repair the solar panels but the repair man didn't have the inverter with him. He returned with the part and fixed the solar panel, but charged me a second $350. So $700 because he didn't have the inverter. That's like getting charged twice for pizza because the delivery guy forgot the food at the store!

MSM did a great job! I would absolutely recommend them to get the job done.

Jake was a very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable technician. His work was above par and he explained everything very well. This is what great customer service is about. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would recommend this company to any of my family, and friends. The communication, customer service, patience, help, and honesty all stood out to me. I knew nothing about the solar system that was on the home I purchased, and Jacob was so helpful with everything! I recommend this company for your solar needs!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
