Its one and two star share is 17 points above the typical installer in Vermont. Across Vermont, 8 of the 28 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Vermont whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Natosi Solar & Electric, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around September 2021

What a great experience, from initial consultation thru completed installation! Very willing to explain everything fully, and to not only go over all options, but also to work WITH us to get the best siting we could have. A very professional experience with plenty of personal contact as well. We highly recommend them for your solar needs!

We had an excellent experience with Natosi Solar, who upgraded our panels and system. They did a great job with the install, and were professional, thorough, and quick with the job - besides being really nice guys! Highly recommended.

I found Natosi Solar to be very professional in their setting up and executing the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels as part of a reroofing project. They had set up the timing with the roofing contractor and were here for removal and reinstallation on time.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
