    **** Update to this. SunRun reached out regarding this review and after months and months of emails back and forth the best they were offering was $10 a month off for 1 year but only if I would sigh an agreement to not hold liable. Again if anyone reads this, please do not buy from SunRun or enter into any agreement. Run as fast as you can away from them. We were swindled by Sunrun, I now have an electric bill from Green Mountain Power ($130/month), and now have to pay Sunrun $120/month for 6 to 8 months of the year. Extremely horrible lying company. Everyone should steer well clear of SunRun

    Sunrun placed panels on a flat roof over our garage. The sales people swore that the panels would shed snow like "water off a duck's back". The panels spend half of each year covered in snow. Worse yet, the panels create an ice dam between the house and the garage. Come Spring, the ice melts and floods our home, causing thousands of dollars in damage. For almost a year we have been begging them to take these blasted panels off the garage roof so that we will not sustain even more damage next Spring. Sunrun claims that their panels did not cause the damage. Spoiler alert, we have owned this hou

    We were lied to and swindled by Sunrun, our electric bills remain the same from Green Mountain Power ($170/month), but now we have to pay Sunrun $96/month. Extremely horrible lying company. Kenneth Decosta

    The Sunrun Solar Reps were awesome. Working with Gabriel and Joshua was an amazing experience. They explained everything and answered every single question my wife and I had and completely sold us on solar. They both made it a super easy process. The installation process went amazing and quick. And the installation technicians also answered every question I had and made for an easy insulation.

    We just finished having a Sunrun system installed and we had an excellent experience throughout the process! Rob and Josh clearly explained how the process worked and answered all of our questions throughly. The Glass Animals installation crew and Jeff the electrician were impressive! Starting with introductions and a full site safety plan, they worked quickly and effectively to install the system. Our property was left spotless upon departure. The whole Sunrun team was knowledgeable and personable. Can’t wait to have the system energized!

    I’m very impressed with SunRun from first meeting through diligence and finally throughout implementation. I have to be honest, I tried to poke holes every step of the way, and I’ve been reassured with best practice responses and private Sunrun client testimonials. Owen was very knowledgeable and prepared each time we met. His response time was spectacular. The entire implementation team was professional also answering my questions along the way with patience and guidance. Although I haven’t started to recognize the rewards, the installation process has been flawless. Great job VT Sunrun team!
