Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 263 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I saw 4 reviews here with 5 stars that are employees of the company and dont have solar. Long install times and IF YOU PASS INSPECTION…. BIG IF ! you’ll be lucky to have them turned on in a timely manner. TRASH COMPANY and very shady! Your better of with another company.

I hate to have to write reviews like this. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But I do not recommend this company. While the representative Steven I talked too seemed genuine and honest on the phone like so many others the …

Did a great job. We ran into some issues with fpl. But newera was really helpful.

They did a great job and were very professional, very much enjoyed working with them

So far so good, they are just starting on my project. They are keeping me informed as each step is completed and the next one is starting. Your sales person was very knowledgable. Don't know if names are allowed, but (Kobe & Michael) have be very helpful. No photos as of yet.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“homeowners qualify for $0 down solar financing options, including solar loans, leases, or…”

  • Family owned

“highest installation standards. Family-Owned Values As a family-owned business, we…”

Its website also mentions insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Poinciana is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
