Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in North Carolina. Across North Carolina, 72 of the 130 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 43 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The guys came out to fix my system, it’s been 7 months with it not working, others company told me they got it fix but never did , two young men names Ryan and Parker came out and got my system running less than 25 mins !!! Thank you NeXtGen solar , and they explained more in detail about my system how to properly power cycle it and help use my app to changes the settings, sub supply , and I definitely feel more informed about my system

My system was installed by another vendor and there were multiple problems. Nextgen was assigned our account after 3 years of problems with the old vendor. Nextgen came out within 2 days of assigning and repaired our system. They had to return to fix other installation issues and the technicians were very professional and efficient. If not for Nextgen we’d still have a system that was useless.

Two very nice gentleman came and checked on my reported solar problem and since it wasn’t having the problem at this time they could not find anything to correct. They washed off my panels and explained the possible problems but until it acts up again they want to be call again to check it out. They checked everything and got my batteries working again.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Monroe is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
