Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in Charlotte. Across North Carolina, 25 of the 130 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 501 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company is absolutely terrible to work with. They NEVER want to take accountability for their wrong doings. They NEVER actually fix the problems and blame it all on the customer. But they come out and "check" to make sure we have everything needed and wait for it............ we need to buy more products to make it work right. Oh wait, theres more!!!!! You only sell a solar panels after being told its a combo, thats a lie..... so you get a battery because that will fix all the problems. Just to find out that they sold you a backup battery....... so you are yet again back in that circle. So

SCAM ALERT 🚨 Folks around the Pensacola area! Just a heads up! About a month ago we had a representative from Top Tier Solar Solutions drop by our home he was inquiring about our Solar System and wanted to let us know how to save money on our solar system! Ok carry on young man! He was about 21-24 maybe! No badge no business card! Just a note pad! He asked if we were still under contract with our current solar company! No we said! Oh that’s perfect! Even better so he begins making his sales pitch and all we would need is a new battery that would store enough solar in the event we had a power

I decided to get solar panels 5 years ago with a company that immediately went out of business. I was very skeptical about doing any additional business with any solar companies. After multiple reassurances, I purchased an additional $20,000 worth of battery for my unit with Top Tier. I was told someone would be out to clean my panels never happened, I was told I would have a tax professional contact me in regards to getting assistance with receiving a tax credit for a tax break for So the panels never happened I was told a manager was going to come out to my home after my installation to go o

Edited Review - All systems up and running, got a new project guy and they agreeded to refund any payments I make before the system was up and running, I did end up making 2 payments and it took awhile for the refund check to come in the mail but they did reimburse me so all good. Only issue I had was the system has an app to monitor it all and you have to have top teir setup your account to use it and authorize you to change to settings of the battery. Also I have noticed that the number of panels I have don't seem to generate as much kWs as I was told so might need to add more panels to off

It’s been a little while I wanted to give it time to see how it worked out but so far no regrets. I use a lot of power 40,000 gallon pool. Like to keep the house at about 68° max so during the summer, I knew it would be rough Before getting my panels and battery Around this time of year, my power bill would easily hit $ 500+ I actually got the Them installed late 2025 So I was eligible for my state and federal tax credits Which got me back a ton of money, which is always a plus Also my salesman’s We’re both great guys after closing the deal, we actually took a picture together in my game room,

Solar panel installation was done well two years ago. This year we were finally allowed to have the batteries in our area of Fayetteville nc. Installation was partially done in April and finished finally in June . I just wish the customer service for equipment was better when it acts up or disconnects. They have you repeat things constantly. Husband is aggravated to the point of telling them to fix or take it back.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
