Each mark is one company we hold in Charlotte whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SunPower® is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Required a $500 up front fee to consult on fixing my solar panels that were not working. Paid the money then was told it would be 2 month before a technician would be available. Proceeded to cancel the appointment and requested a refund. It has now been 4 weeks, I have called every week and have been advised each time that my refund is still pending approval. Update: 4 Months later I am still waiting on my refund.

  If you love being ripped off, lied to, taken advantage of and then completely ignored this is the company for you! Like any toxic relationship they begin with flowery words, and extravagant promises that quickly turn ugly and leave you wishing you could get time, money, and life back. This company had a bad install team, which they admitted to us, explaining why there more than 40 holes in our roof, and thousands of dollars of damages. They assured us they would fix the holes, get everything in tip top shape, and we’d be on our way. Well, when the roofers came to patch the holes and saw our ro

  Do not do business with them, they are not honest or reliable. SunPower caused dozens of holes in my roof upon installation which led to leaks and mold in my attic. They came and inspected the roof and agreed, with two other independent roofers, that their installation was horrendous and still would not repair the roof. They uninstalled the panels so I could pay for the roof repair out of pocket and not will not come back to reinstall my panels. This project has been ‘stuck’ in permitting for 3 months and in all that time I have not heard back after leaving multiple tickets opened with their s

  Installation was great, on time and the workers were polite and courteous. Cleaned up the work area and ect. But I have one complaint or grievance. Had to reschedule the installation of the amp breaker twice and it is a month after installation and the system is not up and running.

  Called them after seeing their work at my cousin’s house. The sales guy wasn’t pushy at all, which honestly surprised me. He answered every small question my father had without acting impatient. The app they set up lets me track energy production daily and it’s actually pretty satisfying to watch.

  Excellent communication with installation lead and the 2 person crew who placed panels. I had only 2 small plastic hardware bags and 2 small wire insulation pieces to pick up after they finished. The crew was on time, very courteous and knowledgable about each step of their portion of the project

  I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that came out to my home to put solar panels on my home. They were very polite, efficient, and informative to the process as they did it. I enjoyed the comraderie that we shared. There was a few issues that slowed them down, but never once did they stop. Thank you guys for everything you did to make the day a pleasure in meeting you.
