  I do not recommend using this company for solar installation. I got my panels installed in July and they are still not functioning. First, they ran all the conduit on the outside of my house and my HOA had a fit. It took over a month to get them to correct that. Then they scheduled the inspection without the necessary paperwork in place. The inspection was finally passed and Duke says my panel are ready to operate (which means the company gets paid) but my panels are not working. They are so unresponsive when there is an issue (of which there have been many). I am now paying for panels that ar

  Very happy I decided to install solar, which I've had for over a year now. Big decrease with my electric bill. The salesman was professional and still answers questions about the system when I text him. Recently had a solar panel not working as well as the others and Titan came out promptly and fixed the issue, along with followup calls and emails.

  On May 24, 2023 Jeffrey ManHollan came to my door to give me a sales proposal for Solar panels. He was extremely personable and when I said I would have to think about it I did not get a hard-line sales pitch as is customary with most door-to-door sales people. Ultimately, I did decide to go with Solar and throughout the process Jeffrey was there to take care of any questions or information that I needed and Renewable Energy handled all paperwork, even with the HOA; all I needed to do was provide contact information and everything was taken care of.   My experience was quick and Professional- I was skeptical at first! It was legit and made sense financially! I work with my HOA in my neighborhood and it was a quick process with our ARC team! I worked with Matthew Jones - Happy with my install and with the 25 year warranty Was a plus! Increase with home value - Duke keeps going up rates! Save yourself some money!
