Before proceeding with our solar panel installation, we had our roof redone by a highly professional team. The crew, comprising of Jay, Todd, Evan, and another skilled worker, were true experts in their field. Their meticulousness and attention to detail were remarkable. They ensured that our entire property was spotlessly clean before they wrapped up for the day. They were also very considerate and respectful of all areas. Plus, they had a great taste in music! I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar installation! ***Update*** A separate team responsible for the solar in

INDUSTRY LEADERS: My experience with Norwich Solar has been one of 'unwavering top-tier customer service.' Over the years, their team has consistently shown excellence in response and follow-up, from answering queries about my solar system's needs to scheduling maintenance. This exceptional service is why my solar system has successfully powered my home on the 5th Floor Norwich for 12 years. Recently, I needed a quick replacement for my 12-year-old solar water heater, as the bottom part of the tank had started to deteriorate and leak. I reached out to Norwich Solar and was assisted by Louis, a

If you're considering installing a solar system on your home, I highly recommend this company. We had a visit from Evan for our solar consultation. He was a friendly and informative gentleman who thoroughly explained the ins and outs of solar energy. The variety of equipment options was considerable, but Evan happily walked us through the advantages and disadvantages of each. He compared the cost and performance of each piece of equipment, including battery options. He was so thorough, most of my queries were answered before I had a chance to ask them. Evan demonstrated great patience, going o

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
