Great speedy install! Works for a month or so then stops. When I ask for help I get, "here's how much that'll cost..." …

We had Empower install our panels almost 6 months ago and the system still isn’t active. I’ve been emailing weekly with customer service and our electrical company on what needs to happen and Empower isn’t doing ANYTHING and very seldomly will reply to the emails begging for them to follow through with what they are supposed to do. Now we have really expensive roof tiles that are doing NOTHING. I’m about to see legal counsel on what our rights are. Avoid this company because they will sell you and tell you they will take care of everything but they lie. Do better Empower.

I recently had a new roof and solar panel system installed. During the sales process, we were told that we would receive a tax credit large enough to apply toward the loan so our monthly payment would stay at the quoted amount. We were also informed that if we did not apply that expected tax credit, the payment would increase by about $200 per month. After filing our taxes, the amount we qualified for was nowhere near what was represented. As a result, we are now locked into a long-term contract with a significantly higher monthly payment than we were led to expect. Based on our experience, th

The team showed up and explained the work that was being done. Every step of anything that came up they’d inform me of what they would be doing. When the power needed to be shut off they gave me ample time to finish what I was doing for my work. The installation went smoothly and they left the property very clean when the work was completed. I’d recommend this company with 5 stars

Very professional and communicative. Liked Scott very much.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
