  Not sure why my review of this company disappeared, odd that all reviews earlier then a year are gone... We had extensive issues with this company that began with misrepresentations by their agent in the sales process. They made payment promises that did not appear on our bill, promises about the way the electric bill would calculate the solar being used, as well as promises about the interest rate and generation amounts for the Solar Panels that we would have that have not panned out. We reached out several times to their customer service reps who stated that they would not honor statements t

  If I could give this company zero stars I would, Problems from the start. Each person I have spoken to blames the last person. Brad whom is the CEO is not professional, talks down to women. Any person that would like more detail please contact me. Google doesn't allow enough space to detail more experience. Responding. If I sent you a referral, then were is the referral fee? And you have not saved me any money, my electric bill is $37 higher than last January's bill. And I have just started my reviews, and actions.

  Two experiences with O3 - in 2020 I had a system installed and it went very well and very quickly. From quote to install was like 6 weeks. In 2022 we signed a contract in August/September and install didn't happen until Feb plus we went for a few months with no response and no way to contact them. Your mileage may vary so I'm giving them an average from the 5 star in 2020 to the 1 star in 2022.

  I've been wanting solar for a long time, but I haven't been able to find a solar contractor who knew more about solar than I did and it was frustrating. I am an engineer, Ercot (Grid operator) trained, and have patents in wind energy and I have some requirements that no one understood - until I met Jobin at O3 Solar. He dove in and designed me a very good system and I am grateful. Thank you.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Fouse who is the lead electrician for O3. He had the task of completely rewiring my solar panel electrical boxes on his trip to my location. There was a short and had scorched lots of cabling between the inverter and the fuse box causing the circuit breaker to trip. It took him less than an hour and my solar panels were back up and producing again. Thank you.
