    One star is too generous for OGS, Off-Grid Solutions. I would not trust OGS to change a lightbulb. OGS failed at every step and then extorted me to pay them immediately in cash before the work was complete and before the City electrical inspection. The contract clearly states that inspection is an integral part of the work, as is customary and that payment is due AFTER all work has been completed including the final inspection. I believe that the reason OGS wanted cash before the inspection is that they did not expect their work to pass inspection. We had a detailed contract for a straight-for
