    Ohio Solar Connection is no longer in business as far as I can tell. Was 5 stars all around. Appear to be defunct at least as of Sept 2024 if not earlier. They have not responded to communication since. Their phone goes to vmail and my rep's cell is now disconnected. Old review: Matt Brown and Ohio Solar Connection, I would recommend. Matt worked with us on designing the system and selecting components to get a system on terms that work for my family. He was polite, respectful and did not hound me like other providers. After the contract Matt was diligent with follow up, in particular using Do

    Removing/rewriting my review now, one year later. While the Ohio Solar Connection team was great to work with, when SunPower was sold / filed for bankruptcy they completely vanished off the face of the earth. Completely unavailable for support, just like Sunpower. Apparently this was one of those fly by night solar companies which is disappointing.

    Sorry I could not justify taking on a long term payment for the system when I have an all electric home now with a hot tub two fridges two freezers a wine chiller a fridge on my patio and service to my barn and my electric bill is only 159 a month. While the system would have been almost 50,000 Also when I need my roof replaced it will cost me almost 6000 to have the panels removed and replaced after roof replacement. I have 5 acres of open sky view but would have cost more to put the panels out in the property.

    Matt Brown has "gone beyond" From the sales aspect, all the way to follow up after the install. He even helped me set up my cell- phone app. NOW, I am connected to the "mysunPower" app! Hurray!!!! Now I can see exactly how much electricity my panels are producing, and most importantly, how much I am sending back to the grid for credit. The entire experience was as proposed, including the installation, connection with the electric company, and all bills have been in the negative since.

    Extremely helpful and professional. We had a bad install from a fly by night company and ohio solar connections got us up and running in one visit. I would highly recommend!
