Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Katie was very generous with her time. She helped me reregister my solar panels after the previous provider went out of business. The installers were very good. Thank you.

Ohio Solar Initiatives was a life saver. We needed a new roof and our solar panel company went out of business. They removed and installed our panels perfectly without any problems. We spent 5 years looking for someone to remove and install and no one helped us. This company stepped up and really helped us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with, and they did an outstanding job on our panels!. They are the BEST!

My solar system has been great. Ohio Solar Initiative connected me with multiple options so I could make the best choice. Would highly recommend to anybody curious about the options to go solar in Cleveland Ohio.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Parma is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
