    I had a positive experience and I feel Optima Energy needs to be recognized. The need for client focused services are rare to come across in this booming industry of energy. Optima put together a comprehensive proposal for our management company and had the majority of the work completed at NO cost. The savings acquired is shocking but more importantly the ongoing services provided are really what helped the Optima organization stand out from the rest. Exceptional work and I look forward to doing business with the Optima team again!

    I feel compelled to comment about my amazing experience with the Optima team. We own and operate a 165 unit apartment complex in Chula Vista, CA. I've been impressed by the Optima team and their approach to our properties needs. We contracted with Optima in 2021 to complete a full site water upgrade, toilets and shower heads and faucets and site wide LED lighting to satisfy our green loan lender required upgrades. The entire team was incredible. I signed paperwork and they handled the rest. The service from start to finish was very impressive. The utility rebate covered the majority of the cos

    Just wrapped up a multi unit lighting, toilet and low flow fixture upgrade with Optima. Everyone was super courteous, professional and respectful when entering each unit. The lead foreman, Carlos, was very professional and kept me updated with the entire project. Great work from the Optima office team for keeping our managers well informed. Look forward to working on our next project together.
