  Great communication the whole time! The whole team was very friendly and cleaned up my yard after installation! If we have any questions they answer them fast and with language we understand! ***update**** communication is terrible now, half the panels are broken and can’t get anyone on the phone to fix them. We have a HIGH bill each month. This is the worst. We still have to pay for the panels.

  FAKE CONTACTS AND SOCIAL LINKS. I HAVE A SOAL BUY BACK PLAN. The panels are inefficient and under designed. No real contacts or customer service were provided even when requested. Probably because there's who know 1 or 3 employees. Christian Colunga is only delaying and refusing to talk to us.

  I seem to have a problem getting responses from this company have not received reimbursement promised and my panels were installed in February 2024. Was supposed to receive tax info in December still have not received. Company phone always gives a busy signal. I left messages on line received no answers and called several times. Sales rep is also not responding. They have very poor customer services. It's like they sell you the panels and they're done. Very poor service.

  The attention until I signed the contract was very good, after that they returned, installed and there is chaos to this day, after installing the system they disappeared. No one came back to explain to me how the app worked or how i had to i staml it, they were not responsible for the cancelation charges of my previous electrical contract as they had offered during the contract negotiation. And to complete the story according to TNMP ,the app that i finally managed to install after a month and a half of installing the solar panels gives me false productio. Measumennts , with does not agree wit

  Misael is god send. Our electric bill was a big weight off our shoulders. We could not believe there was such a program but there is. We also got 4 batteries just incase of a blackout. Thank you Misael and Optimum Solar USA.

  Mr. Misael was very well organized in providing assistance for the solar system installed on my home. There are sufficient solar panels and three batteries to provide me with electricity to sustain my household. All this is no out of the pocket for me. Thank you Mr.Misael for your knowledge in providing this to me.

  Great guy Misael. As advertised. Zero cost to me and I have four batteries incase a blackout happens.This is the real deal.
